1. SPONSOR

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The 770Goodlaw Free Gas Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 22, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes Period is divided into twenty-seven (27) consecutive weekly entry periods (“Weekly Entry Periods”) as follows:

• Week 1: May 1, 2026 (12:00:01 AM ET) – May 3, 2026 (11:59:59 PM ET)
• Weeks 2–27: Each subsequent Weekly Entry Period begins Monday at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends the following Sunday at 11:59:59 PM ET through November 22, 2026.

The Grand Prize Entry Period consists of all eligible entries received during the full Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The 770Goodlaw Free Gas Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 22, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are: (a) legal residents of the State of Georgia; (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry; and (c) physically residing in the State of Georgia at the time of entry.

The following persons are NOT eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of Sponsor; any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, advertising agency, promotional agency, or prize supplier of Sponsor; and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of any of the above.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 – Online Entry via QR Code (Primary Method): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating gas station displaying official 770Goodlaw Free Gas Sweepstakes signage. Scan the QR code displayed on the signage, which will direct you to 770goodlaw.com/freegas (“Sweepstakes Website”). Complete and submit all required fields on the official online entry form, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, zip code, and date of birth. Click “Submit.” Upon successful submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Method 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase, QR code scan, or internet access is necessary to enter. To enter without scanning, hand-print legibly on a plain 3″ x 5″ card: your full legal name, complete mailing address (street, city, state, zip code), phone number, email address, and date of birth. Mail your completed card with sufficient first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Friday of the applicable Weekly Entry Period and received by Sponsor no later than the following Wednesday to be eligible for that week’s drawing. All mail-in entries received on time will also be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

General Entry Conditions:

• Limit: one (1) entry per person per Weekly Entry Period, regardless of entry method.
• Entries from the same person in excess of the stated limit will be void.
• Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated entry service, or any other mechanical or electronic means will be disqualified.
• Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries are void.
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
• Entrant is responsible for all costs associated with entry, including internet access and postage.
• By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”) 

Prize: Fifty (50) winners will be selected during the Sweepstakes Period, approximately two (2) winners per week. Each winner will receive one (1) $50 prepaid Visa gas card. ARV per prize: $50.00 Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500.00

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500.00

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.
• No cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and any other costs not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes valued at $600.00 or more will be reported to the IRS. Winners of such prizes will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC and may be required to complete a W-9 form prior to prize fulfillment.
• Prepaid Visa gas cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winner Selection: Fifty (50) potential winners will be selected by random drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period, approximately two (2) winners per week. Drawings will be conducted by or on behalf of Sponsor on or about each Tuesday during the Sweepstakes Period. The final drawing will be conducted on or about November 25, 2026.

Odds: Odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact each potential winner over a period of five (5) business days following the applicable drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

As a condition of prize award, each potential winner may be required to execute and return to Sponsor within ten (10) business days of notification:

• A completed Affidavit of Eligibility confirming compliance with these Official Rules;
• A Liability Release releasing Sponsor and Released Parties (defined in Section 10) from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize; and
• Where permitted by law, a Publicity Release granting Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Failure to return required documents within the stated timeframe, or return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant’s contact information.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s and winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All entries and materials submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display any submitted materials in connection with the Sweepstakes.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AND AGENTS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (I) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (II) ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; (III) ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS, FAILURES, OR MALFUNCTIONS; OR (IV) ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail; telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

11. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Entrants waive all rights to have disputes decided by a jury.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, the Sweepstakes Website, or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or fraudulent manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should any such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes. Entrants who opt in to marketing communications on the entry form consent to receive future communications from 770Goodlaw. Submission of an entry form does not create an attorney-client relationship with 770Goodlaw. 14. ATTORNEY ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE

This Sweepstakes is an advertisement for 770Goodlaw, Car Accident Lawyers. It does not constitute legal advice. Submission of an entry does not create an attorney-client relationship. These Official Rules are effective as of May 1, 2026. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period. Once the Sweepstakes Period has begun, these Official Rules may not be amended.
