TEAM ATTORNEY
Team Attorney shall manage all Personnel in his/her Team and ensure that every part of their block of business is moving forward, according to the Firm’s benchmarks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Attorneys, are you obsessed with taking monies from insurance companies?
If you are then 770-GOOD-LAW offers you a golden opportunity for personal and professional growth and development that places the utmost value on you. We are expanding and seeking attorneys who will walk into the courthouse.
On top of the base compensation ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, we also offer:
- Flexible work schedules such as (4) 9 hour days and (1) 4 hour day,
- Catered Monday Meeting lunches,
- 50% of health insurance paid for you,
- 10 days of Holidays and 12 days of vacation/sick time,
- Training and education in personal or professional development and growth through a 3% base compensation matching (you spend 3% and we will match that 3% for whatever you need personally or professionally),
- Dream managements through Dan Ralphs,
- Jury trial verdict incentives ranging from $1,500 to $25,000; and
- Monthly case resolution incentives ranging from $1,000 to $5,000+ after 6 months.

We are looking for a positive, disciplined and competitive person who can continuously learn and improve on the following:
- Understands the “Journey” of our personal injury clients;
- Understands how to “Win at the Beginning”;
- Builds and maintains meaningful connections with our work family, current clients, former clients, referral doctors and attorneys.

CORE FUNCTIONS OF THE ATTORNEY INCLUDE

Consults & Signs Up Clients

Sends "no,thank you" letters to prospect that Firm did not engage or "acknowledgement of engagement" letters to referring attorneys
N
Manages client files for referral to and referral from
N
Strategize client’s treatments based on impact, liability, causation, damages and available insurance;
N
Ensures that all governmental notices are met
N
Reviews and signs demands
N
Negotiates settlements
N
Negotiates medical liens and all other medical expense of each file
N
Coordinate with the COO and CFO for disbursements
N
Reviews and signs Summonses and Complaints
N
Reviews and signs discovery requests
N
Ensures that suit is filed timely
N
Ensures service perfection is timely
N
Strategize litigation deadline
N
Responds to discovery requests timely
N
Reviews and signs motions and responses;
N
Prepare for and attends hearings
N
Prepare for and conducts depositions
N
Prepare for and conducts mediations

Argues motions

Tries cases
