Chain Collision During Rideshare
Case Study
Case Overview
On I-75 North, the Rideshare driver was traveling with our client and another passenger in the rear of the vehicle. With only two lanes open along with the paid lane, they found themselves behind another vehicle in the right lane. Suddenly, a vehicle cut in front of them, leading to a chain reaction collision. The client's vehicle, being the last in line, was deemed at fault, with several other cars involved ahead. In the aftermath, the Rideshare occupants exited the vehicle and awaited the arrival of law enforcement. EMTs arrived on scene and evaluated our client, who sustained significant injuries. The client was transported to Grady Hospital at 12:45 am, remaining there until 7 am for treatment.
