Our client was on a property for work, where the homeowner had three dogs. Initially, the homeowner calmed one barking dog, which then started playing with a stick. After discussing the scope of work with the general contractor, our client spent about three hours working in and around the barn area. While heading to his vehicle to retrieve tools, a German Shepherd, accompanied by two other dogs, approached him aggressively. The client backed up against a fence but was bitten several times by the German Shepherd. In a desperate move to escape, our client managed to climb over the fence to safety.
