Cut-off and Struck

Case Study

Case Overview

Our client was proceeding straight along Eisenhower Parkway, approaching the intersection of Chambers Road, when a vehicle made an improper left turn directly in front of him, also known as a failure to yield. Despite the client's efforts to evade the collision, he was unable to do so and collided with the turning vehicle. As a result of the accident, our client sustained injuries to his neck, shoulders, mid-back, elbows, and chest.
