Our client was traveling straight through Eisenhower Parkway, at the intersection of Chambers Rd, when a car turned left in front of him. Our client tried to avoid the collision but was unable to do so and struck the vehicle making the left in front of him. Our clients injuries were to his neck, shoulders, middle of his back, elbows and chest.
